Availability and Shipping

If the items you ordered are in stock, will process and ship orders received before 10:00 A.M E.S.T. the same business day. Orders received after 10:00 AM will be processed either the same day or the next business day and then shipped based on the shipping method that you selected. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order is shipped. You must wait 24 hours for UPS or USPS to have the tracking information on their website.
We use United Parcel Service and the U.S. Postal service to ship orders. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method that you select. When you check out, you will be given the opportunity to select a delivery method and your charges will be calculated automatically.
Ground Service – Delivered in 1 – 5 business days.
3 Days Select – Delivered three business days after ship date.
2 Day Air – Delivered two business days after ship date
Next Day Air Saver – Delivered one business day after ship date
If you choose UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or Three Day Select and your order does not arrive on time due to bad weather, holiday scheduling or problems locating your address, we do not refund the shipping charge because these situations are not covered by the UPS guarantee.
International Shipping: ships our products to almost every country in the world. International customers may enter their shipping details and receive a variety of shipping options best suited to their needs.

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or shipping fees depending on your county’s import laws.

Please Note: If for any reason a delivery is refused, the customer will be charged the shipping cost to return the product(s) to the original destination in addition to the original shipping charges.

Checks are not accepted from international accounts. For wire transfers, please contact customer service and request our bank account details.
Payment Options accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover/Novus credit cards as well as PayPal. We also accept personal checks but strongly recommend that you send a money order or certified check which will result in no delays once we receive it. All personal checks must clear the bank before we will ship your order. This can take up to two weeks.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is payable on orders within the State of Ohio. Blanket Certificate of Exemption accepted.
Every effort will be made to maintain the prices as listed on this website, but we reserve the right to change the prices without notice.
