MakeYourOwn Molds.com will accept returns of merchandise and make refunds or exchanges provided the flowing conditions are met: Please Note: Any and all shipping charges are not refundable & all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

 

The returned product has not been opened or used and is in its undamaged, original packaging.

 

You must request and receive a Return Authorization number “RA#” by contacting MakeYourOwnMolds.com within 5 days of the delivery of your order.

Returns be sent by the US Postal Service delivery method that includes confirmation service or United Parcel Service. MakeYourOwnMolds.com is not responsible for merchandise damaged during return shipping. We suggest you purchase shipping insurance.

A clearly marked Return Authorization number appears on all shipping boxes containing the products you wish to return. Please be aware that no return will be accepted without a clearly marked RA number.

 

An original sales receipt must accompany all returns (photo copies accepted).

 

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving an RA number. Absolutely no return packages will be accepted after this time period
