Refund policy
Damaged Merchandise: Please contact us immediately at 1.800.333.5678 (contact@makeyourownmolds.com) if your shipment is damaged, and we will follow up with the appropriate shipping company to resolve the issue.
*In order for us to attempt to resolve your issue you must retain all packaging materials, box, receipt, and products.*
If you do not retain these items we may be unable to resolve your issue.
Return Merchandise: Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes any shipping charges that result from refusal of delivery.
Make Your Own Molds will accept returns of merchandise and make refunds or exchanges provided the following conditions are met:
- The returned product has not been opened or used and is in its undamaged, original packaging.
- You must request and receive a Return Authorization number “RA#” by contacting MakeYourOwnMolds.com within 5 days of the delivery of your order. You may call toll free: 1-800-333-5678 Phone: 513-244-2999 Email: returns@makeyourownmolds.com
- Returns must be sent by either UPS or a United States Postal Service delivery method that includes confirmation service. MakeYourOwnMolds.com is not responsible for merchandise damaged during return shipping. We suggest you purchase shipping insurance.

A clearly marked Return Authorization number must appear on all shipping boxes containing the products you wish to return. Please be aware that no return will be accepted without a clearly marked RA number.
An original sales receipt must accompany all returns (photo copies accepted).
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving an RA number.
