Availability and Shipping

If the items you ordered are in stock, MakeYourOwnMolds.com will process and ship orders received before 10:00 A.M E.S.T. the same business day. Orders received after 10:00 AM will be processed either the same day or the next business day and then shipped based on the shipping method that you selected. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order is shipped. You must wait 24 hours for UPS or USPS to have the tracking information on their website.
 
We use United Parcel Service and the U.S. Postal service to ship orders. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method that you select. When you check out, you will be given the opportunity to select a delivery method and your charges will be calculated automatically.
 
Ground Service – Delivered in 1 – 5 business days.
3 Days Select – Delivered three days after ship date.
2 Day Air – Delivered two Days after ship date
Next Day Air Saver – Delivered one day after ship date
 
 
If you choose UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or Three Day Select and your order does not arrive on time due to bad weather, holiday scheduling or problems locating your address, we do not refund the shipping charge because these situations are not covered by the UPS guarantee.
 
Shipping - International Orders:
 
MakeYourOwnMolds.com ships its products around the world. We usually use the Postal Service to send our products outside of the United States. If you are an International Customer, you will not receive a shipping charge when you place your order on our website. We must first manually calculate your shipping options which will be emailed to you. Once you have notified us with the shipping option of your choosing, the shipping charges will be added to your credit card before the order is shipped.
 
Payment Options
MakeYourOwnMolds.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover/Novus credit cards. We also accept personal checks but strongly recommend that you send a money order or certified check which will result in no delays once we receive it. All personal checks must clear the bank before we will ship your order. This can take up to two weeks.
 
Checks of any kind are not accepted from International customers. For wire transfers, please contact customer service and request our bank account details.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is payable on orders within the State of Ohio. Blanket Certificate of Exemption accepted.
